The staff members were genuinely friendly and always eager to assist, making me feel welcomed during my stay. My duplex suite was simply AMAZING! ! It offered a stunning view of the garden, adding to the overall relaxing atmosphere. The convenience of the restaurant was a major plus, allowing easy access to delicious food.

The bathroom could use a bit more attention to detail in cleanliness.

I gotta say, the staff at this place really went out of their way for me. I arrived early, and while I was expecting to wait, they set me up in a room right away so I could crash after a long flight.

Beautiful hotel, modern room, with a fantastic deluxe suite that was amazing and spotlessly clean, and the friendly staff made my stay even more enjoyable.

The space is fine and very well maintained. My room was spacious and immaculately clean. Friendly staff helped with every request. Great local coffee was provided in-room for a perfect morning. The attached restaurant serves delicious meals.

i had an issue with the noise levels at night. but the ambiance was fantastic, the staff was incredibly helpful, and the fresh coffee options in the room were a lovely touch!

It was a good pick for getting around Antigua with the best value. I appreciated the free coffee available all day long. Be prepared for some noise during the day from the hostel next door.
